The power armor is a state of the art. However, sometimes you may want to get rid of that massive monster sticking to you. I understand you; I had spent almost an hour trying to exit power armor in Fallout 4 (wish I had read this content beforehand ๐Ÿ™). How to Exit Power Armor in Fallout 4?

Step 1: Check Controls Settings

Firstly, you need to check the in-game controls. You can follow the steps below to do this:

  1. Pause the game.
  2. Select the Settings option.
  3. Navigate to the Controls settings.

Check the “Active” option here. If you are using a computer keyboard, it should be the E key; if you are using a Playstation Dualshock, it should be the X button; and if you are using an Xbox controller, it should be the A button. If not, change this option and try again to exit the power armor.

Step 2: Verify Game Files

If you’re playing on a PC through a platform like Steam, you can verify the integrity of your game files:
